The Declarant may have prepared models or depictions of Units in Chilston Court, and descriptions that show or describe how the Community and the Units may look when the Declarant offers them for sale. Floor plans in brochures, advertisements or renderings, models, and displays are artists’ conceptions and are not intended to be an actual depiction of the Unit or of any walls, windows, entryways, terraces, hallways, lobby, walkways, driveways, landscaping, or common areas. All dimensions and plans are approximate and are subject to variation. Components and materials may be substituted for those of similar quality, depending on supply availability. The exact character and final aspect of the Units may be unpredicted and NEED NOT BE BUILT exactly as shown or described in brochures, models, and displays. Additionally, the furnishings, cabinetry, paint, carpeting, wallpaper and floor coverings, details, landscaping, and other items that are not specifically described in the Purchase Agreement are not included within the Units and NEED NOT BE BUILT. The model Units, depictions, and descriptions are for marketing purposes only and do not constitute a representation by the Declarant that the items will be included in a particular Unit or in the Community. Please be sure to review your Purchase Agreement for the standard items included in a Unit and whether any optional items are available for purchase.
